Personalised 24/7 Care
We aim to match our participants carefully to ensure the housemates share similar needs, goals, and aspirations. We aim to create meaningful connections between housemates which eliminates the feelings of isolation, but also promotes overall well-being. We have 24 hour carers available to be rostered for the participants.
Life Skills Development
We assist our participants with everything from getting dressed in the morning/evenings, assisting with housekeeping duties, meal preparation, budgeting, personal care, accessing the community, we aim to facilitate however we are able to assist to ensure we make their life easier and more enjoyable.
Social and Community Integration
We assist clients with regular outings, group activities & community integration. We aim to create meaningful connections between housemates with events such as movie nights, eating regular meals together and community events as a household.
